In event security, being present is not enough. You need to anticipate, react, and make decisions at the moments when calm, timing, and responsibility matter most.
FORT has been operating since 2003. Our story began in Szczecin, with our first contract with Pogoń Szczecin. Today we secure the largest events in Poland, supporting organizers at every stage, from planning, through approvals, to operational work on site.
We know the realities of mass events, stadiums, concerts, and large scale gatherings. We know that security is not just about the number of guards on hand. It is the team's experience, good coordination, and the ability to act before a problem becomes visible.

Behind the security of an event are people who can read a situation well in advance. They see where risk might emerge and respond before it affects the course of the event.
Our management team is made up of experienced security managers who have worked together for years at major events. They know the venues, the procedures, the dynamics of crowds, and the pace of execution in situations where not everything can be foreseen from behind a desk.
They know where tension most often arises. They understand how a crowd moves. They can respond calmly yet decisively. They coordinate the action, make the decisions, and keep everything under control at the moments when an organizer needs certainty that security is being handled properly.
This is not knowledge from a manual. It comes with time, from hundreds of events, and from decisions made in moments that call for staying calm and steering the situation the right way.

You do not need to coordinate several subcontractors. We take full responsibility.
Step 01: Documentation and approvals
We prepare the full documentation for the mass event. On your behalf, we handle approvals with the Police, the Fire Service, Emergency Medical Services, and the Sanitary Inspectorate.
Step 02: Planning and logistics
We develop a detailed security plan for the event, tailored to its nature, scale, and location. We select the right number of order and information service staff. We design the layout of zones, entrances, and checkpoints. If needed, on request, we arrange full technical support: mobile monitoring with high speed rotating cameras, wireless communication equipment, sanitary, medical, and catering provisions. We create every plan with one goal in mind: so that on the day of the event you do not have to think about logistics.
Step 03: Execution
On the day of the event, a complete, uniformly dressed security team is on site, ready to act according to the agreed plan. Staff hold the required qualifications and training under the regulations governing mass events, and part of the team consists of licensed physical security personnel. The whole operation is led by an experienced security manager, who coordinates the team's work, responds to developing situations, and stays in constant contact with the organizer. At the client's request, we provide video and audio recording. Throughout the event, we watch over the safety of participants and the smooth running of security measures, so the organizer can focus calmly on the event itself.
